Self-driving cars with no steering wheel

Ever wondered how you could go home from work after a stressful day? Tired of having a driver who you can't put your trust on? Do you trust computers? Then this news could be a good news as Google declared in her blog to roll out a 2-seater car that would be without a steering wheel, brake pedal and gas pedal but would be fully driven by computer program and sensors with the go and  stop buttons only.

 A 100 prototypes would be released later in the year for testing by special "safety drivers" before it's finally improved and rolled out publicly if it passes the  safety test. 
The self-driving cars would be at a top speed of 40km/h with a screen that displays the route, 2 seats with seat belt and a space for passengers luggage.
